All Apartments are bright, spacious and modern in design and decoration, benefiting from their own private entrance on the ground or first floor.



The bathrooms each have a bath with separate shower valve. The kitchens each include as well as fridge/freezer, and of course oven, a microwave, toaster etc. There is metered Gas-fired Central Heating throughout the accommodation. Pre-bookable Cots and High Chairs are free of charge (but depend on availability). Bed Linen provided.

Being family owned & managed Apartments that accommodate between 2 - 6 persons, we like to personally greet all couples and families on their arrival to familiarize them with the Apartment & area. Saturday is our change-over day but we can, of course, accommodate later arrivals and early departures.

Within '50 metres' walk from the centre of the resort's glorious main beach and promenade, close to the Jubilee Clock, and nestled immediately behind Weymouth's stunning crescent-shaped Georgian facade, these 'purpose built' one & two bedroom Apartments are very well located for holidaying in Weymouth and the surrounding area. Boasting an onsite enclosed private car park facility.

Quietly situated behind the Esplanade, residents have the convenience of shops, a chemist, a good selection of take-aways, bars & restaurants at the end of the street, and it is only a 8- 10 minute leisurely stroll along the promenade into the town centre and to the picturesque 17th century harbour. The award winning Greenhill Gardens is a 10-12 minute walk and Radipole Lake & Swannery only 5 minute walk.

Sorry- we do not accept pets. No stag / Hen parties or young groups.


Travelling by car? There is a large 'secure' enclosed block-paved on-site parking facility, you must advise if parking space is required at time of enquiry & it will depend on availability. With designated parking bays every car can come and go whenever it pleases, without the need to move other vehicles. Vehicles can be viewed from the rear windows of the apartments for added security.

Travelling by train? A quiet electric end of line train service terminal is located within a two minute level walk.

Travelling by coach? It is only a short stroll along the promenade to the coach terminus.
